This round flush mount ceiling light brings a calm, wabi-sabi inspired look to a mid-century room. Its low-profile iron and acrylic disc sits close to the ceiling, giving bedrooms and living rooms a clean, uncluttered finish. The soft, rounded form works well with natural wood, woven textures and earthy colors, and it is a practical choice for rooms with lower ceilings where a hanging fixture would feel crowded.

A built-in 48W LED delivers 4800lm of light, enough to brighten a full bedroom or living area. The Infinitely Dimmable setting lets you tune the color temperature freely between warm white, neutral white and cool white, and adjust brightness from 10% to 100%. These adjustments are made with the included remote control, so you can switch from bright, clear light for tidying up to a soft glow for winding down without leaving the sofa.

The fixture is made of iron and acrylic and arrives preassembled. Choose a Black or White finish. It is a hardwired light for dry indoor locations. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. Wipe the acrylic diffuser with a soft, dry cloth to keep the light even. Pair the Black finish with a walnut dresser and a wool rug for a warm mid-century bedroom.

• Cleaning: Dust with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and spraying liquid directly on the item.
• Lighting safety: Switch off the power and let bulbs cool before cleaning or changing them. Use the bulb type and wattage listed in the description.
• Hardwired fixtures: Ceiling lights, pendants and wired wall sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local building codes. Plug-in lamps are ready to use with a standard US outlet.
• Outdoor and solar: Place solar panels where they get several hours of direct sunlight a day, and bring delicate pieces indoors during severe weather.
• Mirrors and wall decor: Hang with wall anchors rated for the item's weight, and check the fixings from time to time.
