The structure is medium-density fiberboard with velvet fabric, felt and sisal on top. Full assembly is needed. Place it on a level floor away from stairs, heaters and open flames, and supervise your cat during first use. Check the posts and joints regularly and tighten as needed. Vacuum the fabric with a brush attachment to remove hair. For a festive scene, set it beside the window with a string of lights nearby.

• Cleaning: Dust with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and spraying liquid directly on the item.
• Lighting safety: Switch off the power and let bulbs cool before cleaning or changing them. Use the bulb type and wattage listed in the description.
• Hardwired fixtures: Ceiling lights, pendants and wired wall sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local building codes. Plug-in lamps are ready to use with a standard US outlet.
• Outdoor and solar: Place solar panels where they get several hours of direct sunlight a day, and bring delicate pieces indoors during severe weather.
• Mirrors and wall decor: Hang with wall anchors rated for the item's weight, and check the fixings from time to time.
