Tall Alabaster Wall Sconce, Brass LED Vertical Light

An elongated alabaster shade set into brass gives this vertical wall sconce a slim, refined look. The narrow form draws the eye upward and adds height to a room without taking up space. It sits comfortably in bedrooms, hallways and living rooms, and works with modern, classic and transitional decor where you want a gentle, warm accent on the wall. Its quiet shape also lets artwork and mirrors nearby take center stage.

The integrated LED glows through the translucent stone and casts a soft wash of warm light across the wall, ideal for ambient lighting. Choose from three heights, each 8cm long and 6cm wide: the shortest draws 12W, the middle size 18W and the tallest 24W. The finish is Brass and White. It operates on AC 110V to 120V household power and installs as a standard wall fixture. Use it as the main glow in a hallway or as soft evening light in a bedroom.

Alabaster is a natural stone, so expect unique veining and slight differences in tone. Dust it with a dry, soft cloth and keep liquids away. Because it is hardwired, installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. Hang the tallest size alone on a narrow wall in an entry, or use a pair of the shorter version above bedside tables with cream bedding and brass picture frames.

• Cleaning: Dust with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and spraying liquid directly on the item.
• Lighting safety: Switch off the power and let bulbs cool before cleaning or changing them. Use the bulb type and wattage listed in the description.
• Hardwired fixtures: Ceiling lights, pendants and wired wall sconces should be installed by a licensed electrician in line with local building codes. Plug-in lamps are ready to use with a standard US outlet.
• Outdoor and solar: Place solar panels where they get several hours of direct sunlight a day, and bring delicate pieces indoors during severe weather.
• Mirrors and wall decor: Hang with wall anchors rated for the item's weight, and check the fixings from time to time.
